We have 25 lockout studios.  The various sizes range from 8'x10'  drum studios to full size, 22' x 18' studios.  Keep in mind that we are NOT a 24-hr facility.  The access hours are 12 noon to 12 midnight everyday excluding the big holidays.... Christmas, New Years Day, 4th of July, and Thanksgiving.  We avoid being open 24 / 7 for security reasons.  Because of the high demand for these lockouts, we keep a waiting list with our "Hourly" customers with first rights.

Our Lockout studios are extremely popular and very rarely become vacant.  We have had a number of lockouts occupied by the same band / artist for over 10 years!  These studios, when available, are rented on a first come, first serve basis.  The following are some pics of the typical lockouts we offer.

Occasionally, a group may need a lockout for a few days, or a few weeks.  We can negotiate a fair price in our hourly studios for this.  Please refer to the prices indicated on the 'Hourly Studios' button.
